Women in Successful Careers
Brings mentoring and the pipeline of women ready to lead, so that reformed systems have leaders to fill them.

Brings the 36 state governments. Nine states have adopted six months of paid maternity leave, with 20 targeted by 2027.
Together, we combine institutional influence, policy advocacy, and cross-sector collaboration to address systemic barriers to women's leadership in Nigeria's public and private sectors.

Advocating for a minimum of 16 weeks of fully paid maternity leave and 14 days of paid paternity leave across the civil service, listed companies, and large businesses.

Advocating for 35% women’s representation on the boards and executive management teams of listed companies.

Advancing political representation
Advocating for 35% women’s representation in federal and state cabinets to advance inclusive governance and decision-making.
